Carastelec Winery-Carassia- ROSÉ-Brut

Varietals: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier from the Northern part of Transylvania, grown in  a moderate continental climate,  with a high diurnal range during the ripening period.

Tasting Notes: The wine has a bright salmon-coloured with a pronounced intensity on the nose and aromas of raspberry, pink roses, citrus and turkish delight. On the palate the wine is elegant with a great balance between acidity and red berries fruits.The refined fruity aromas are intense and meld harmoniously with citrus notes and an elegant, subtle minerality. The wine has also a creamy touch due to the extended period of lees contact and the finish is long-lasting.
