Crama Mircești-Fetească Albă-2022

Varietals: Fetească Albă is the most important white grape in Romania but is also widely planted in Moldova, where it produces elegant wines, rich in texture, finesse and good acidity.

Tasting Notes: Very floral on the nose with hints of acacia flowers, apple blossom,  chamomile and citrus. On the palate the wines is  soft with a good acidity and balance.

Wine Type: Dry White Wine.

Region: Codru, Moldova.

Vinfication: 4 months sur lie.

Alcohol: 12.5%.

Food Pairing: Chicken Tacos, Grilles Octopus, Salmon Tartar.
